If you have received a charge of $16.50 after using one of our self-serve bays, please understand this a pre-authorization. This is the same as paying with credit at a fuel pump.
Once your bank processes the transaction your actual charge amount will appear in your account.
$16.50 is the maximum allowed charge per swipe of a card.
If you drive away without hitting the stop button, after paying with a card, you will be charged the maximum amount. (Please call us if you do this, we can correct the charge amount to the time that you used.)
When a wash is aborted the machine will freeze in place, or reposition to rinse and dry the vehicle.
If the wash ended before all steps were complete, Please call (607)936-7840, leave a message and we will get back to you usually within a few hours.

From here you can create an account, at which point you will receive a Member Number.
You may then load washes onto your account by either dollar amount or number of wash packages.
When at the Carwash pay station you will push the Wash Code button, enter your Wash Code, then be prompted to enter your Member Number.
Gift cards are also available through this webpage, please contact us for help navigating gift card requests.
A Wash Code is a 6 digit number that represents a specific Wash Package.. such as Classic, Deluxe, Ultra or Supreme.
If you are prompted to enter a Wash Code at the pay station but you would like to pay with cash or card, please hit the ? button to start over.
Once back at the home screen select your preferred method of payment.
Yes, Wash Codes will work at all three of our locations and never expire!
When becoming a Wash Club Member, you will receive an email containing your Member Number, log-in information and specific Wash Code(s). If you cannot find this email, logging into the Member portal above will allow you to access you Member Number, Wash Codes and Member Information. From there you may make changes to your account, add washes or purchase gift cards.
If you are unable to access your account, lost your log-in information or simply need help navigating the Members webpage, please give us a call.
When entering one of our automatic bays the underbody flush rinses the underside of the vehicle, this high pressure rinse stays on for approximately 30 seconds.
Counting this time out when entering the bay allows customers to make the most of the time available to get the salt, mud and debris off the underside of their vehicle.
We close the carwash sites when the temperature goes below 10 degrees.
This is not only to protector our machines from freezing, but because spraying hot water on vehicles that enter the bay below this temperature affects the wash quality our customers receive.
Water that remains when a vehicle exits freezes almost immediately and can cause ice build up on the vehicles and our exit aprons. Thus, it is better for all of us if we remain closed on the nights and infrequent days that it is below 10 degrees.
